Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
Manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth guest flow throughout the spa.
Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
Collaborate with spa team members to enhance the guest experience.
Promote retail products and services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficient in using scheduling software and basic computer applications.
