About the Role
~1 min readThe Collector II helps Clicklease maintain portfolio health and support customer success by managing delinquent accounts and negotiating repayment solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling customer conversations, analyzing financial situations, and working toward measurable performance goals.
You’ll join the Collections team, a group focused on balancing customer experience with business outcomes. The team works collaboratively to resolve accounts, improve recovery performance, and maintain compliance standards.
Responsibilities
~1 min read· Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers
· Negotiate repayment plans within established guidelines
· Resolve customer issues and identify root causes of delinquency
· Maintain accurate documentation of account activity
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 2+ years of customer contact experience
· 1+ year of collections or account resolution experience
· Experience using CRM or similar systems in a customer-facing environment
· Experience managing a personal portfolio of accounts
· Ability to analyze customer financial situations to recommend solutions
· Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics such as PTP kept and QA scores
· Efficiently manage your time and maintain productivity targets
· Demonstrate strong compliance and documentation accuracy
