Professional or native-level fluency in Spanish is required. Candidates will be assessed through a practical fluency evaluation during the interview process, which includes:

   A portion of the interview conducted entirely in Spanish to assess verbal communication and conversational ability

2. →

   A written exercise, such as drafting a prospecting email or handling a common objection in Spanish, to evaluate written proficiency

3. →

   Self-reported proficiency level (professional or native) on the application, validated by the assessments above

Formal language certifications such as DELE (B2+), SIELE, CEPT, or CELU are not required but will be considered a plus.
