An experienced Type 3 Certified Bookkeeper with at least 10 years of experience in accounting for a full-time position as part of a team. The role includes full responsibility for the bookkeeping operations of several companies within the group, including professional supervision of an additional bookkeeper, working with internal and external interfaces, and managing ongoing bookkeeping processes. The position is open to both women and men.

Full-cycle bookkeeping, including preparation of periodic financial reports.

Ongoing work with banks, including bank and credit card reconciliations.

Work with local and foreign vendors, including invoice processing and payments (MASAV, bank transfers).

Ongoing and annual reporting to authorities (VAT, Income Tax).

Monthly closing of the books, including preparation of reports for the CPA and performing analytical reviews.

Handling complex journal entries and end-of-period accruals (intercompany reconciliations, accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, fixed asset management).

Type 3 Bookkeeping Certificate - required.

At least 10 years of experience as an independent bookkeeper, including balance sheet preparation and period-end closing.

Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Full proficiency in ERP systems - significant advantage for NetSuite.

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.

Good level of English.

Highly organized, accurate, responsible, fast learner, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong interpersonal skills, system-oriented mindset, and excellent human relations.
