We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent team. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. This internship offers hands-on exposure to hiring practices in a fast-paced tech environment and an opportunity to build strong foundations in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.

Responsibilities

→Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
→Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
→Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
→Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment trackers
→Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms
→Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities
→Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
→Provide administrative support to the HR/TA team as required

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Engineering
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and basic recruitment tools
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Keen interest in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
