Position Overview

We are looking for a versatile and sharp professional to join our Madrid team in a role that defies a simple label. This is a position designed for a natural multitasker who can navigate the space between technical mastery, strategic education, and client success.

We need someone who doesn't just want to teach, but who has the analytical depth to understand a client's unique challenges, follow their progress closely, and ensure our 3D solutions are successfully woven into their daily operations.

Guide enterprise and partners through their digital transformation, ensuring our technology is deeply integrated rather than just learned

Maintain a proactive relationship with clients to track their progress, analyze evolving needs, and provide strategic follow-up to support long-term success

Design and lead engaging training sessions and live demos that bridge the gap between traditional garment construction and digital innovation

Work closely with our internal design and development teams to share market insights and help bring new features or creative projects to life

Jump into diverse initiatives as they arise, from on-site consulting and implementation strategy to creating content that drives user engagement.

You possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to deconstruct complex workflows to find the best path forward

You are a natural multitasker, comfortable pivoting between different projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

You bring a solid foundation in CLO3D and a genuine passion for digital tools

You have professional experience in the fashion industry; a deep understanding of pattern making is considered a significant advantage for this role

You are an excellent communicator who can build rapport with a wide range of profiles, from designers to executives

You are fluent in English and Spanish, and you are energized by the prospect of traveling to visit clients and collaborate with our global offices.
