→Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, labeling and storing food.
→Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
→Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
→Prepare cold food.
→Operate ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers.
→Set-up and break down workstation.
→Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, floor, tools, knives, and equipment.

Requirements

Minimum one year experience cooking in a fast pace kitchen environmnet.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Familiarity with all kitchen equipment
Banquet prep knowledge a plus
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by the golf schedule.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat and humidity.
