At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower and promote independence for at-risk Children & Families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community-based services.

As Shift Supervisor your will provide support and supervision to the direct support professionals and those individuals served which fosters independence, community growth, social maturity, and inclusion. Provide the support of individuals in the program with dignity and respect in all interactions. Participate in the development and assist in the implementation of each program plan with the understanding that all people have the ability to participate in one's community in a variety of ways. Assist the residence manager and assistant residence manager in the tasks related to the total daily operation of the residence.

This position is required to be on-call during the absence of the Residence Manager and/or Assistant Residence Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and one-year experience in DD residential services preferred.

• Valid New York State driver's license required (acceptable driving record as issued by Department of Motor Vehicles.)

• Must maintain required certifications, i.e. AMAP, CPR, First Aid, SCIP.
