About the Role
~1 min readThe Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and nurture outbound/inbound sales lead campaigns for our firm. This position will utilize an integrated strategy that may include, but not limited to, marketing automation, inbound/outbound telemarketing, networking and grassroots marketing.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and implement IT-specific marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- →Stay updated on emerging IT trends, technologies, and innovations to effectively position our products/services
- →Research and identify potential customer prospects and partners, pinpointing key decision makers.
- →Collaborate with the branding team to ensure a consistent and compelling brand image across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- →Source and manage relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen our brand presence.
- →Contribute to the execution of campaigns using tools like Pardot and other Sales Enablement Platforms.
- →Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- →Initiate strategies for generating leads and demand, encompassing both inbound and outbound sales and marketing activities.
- →Implement initiatives that attract and engage prospective customers.
- →Demonstrate dedication to the technology industry by staying updated on regulations, product solution changes, innovations, and trends.
- →Continuously educate yourself to inform lead generation approaches.
Requirements
~1 min read- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT marketing, preferably within the US market.
- Experience with lead generation and marketing automation software like Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc is highly preferred.
- Understanding of technology industry dynamics and trends.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proven track record of achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
