Geotechnical Engineer

Since starting in 2012, CMW Geosciences has expanded to 20 offices with over 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand. We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate engineers and geologists who provide quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction infrastructure and energy sectors.

• →Work with the technical team to develop technical solutions using an understanding of engineering and geological principles based on experience gained.

• →Undertake technical and non-technical tasks at the direction of senior professional personnel with support and training when required.

• →Carry our fieldwork, data collection/processing and design and reporting.

• →Work at the direction of senior technical staff to support in progressing all aspects of project delivery.

• A Civil Engineering, Geology or Earth Science Degree
• Minimum 2 years of local Adelaide experience e.g. as part of a consultancy / geotechnical consultancy.
• Onsite experience
• Previous exposure to proposal preparation and technical report writing
• A full Australian drivers license
• Good interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
