CMX Solutions, a German company operating on the international market since 2012, is looking for a German-Speaking Junior Recruiter to join our team in Tbilisi.
With offices in Berlin, Skopje, Yerevan, and Tbilisi, CMX Solutions provides multilingual call center services to large international companies. Our work focuses on handling inbound calls and electronic correspondence in a professional and multicultural environment.
Role Description
This is a full-time, primarily on-site position for a Junior German-Speaking Recruiter based in Tbilisi, Georgia, with the possibility of hybrid work from time to time. The role involves identifying and sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate databases. The recruiter will manage recruitment processes in German, prepare job descriptions and support the HR team in ensuring an efficient and well-structured hiring process. The position also includes communication with universities and professional networks, cooperation with the marketing team regarding job advertisements and participation in HR projects and internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
-Source and identify potential candidates for open positions;
-Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews;
-Manage recruitment processes in German;
-Maintain and update candidate data in the HR system (PeopleForce);
-Prepare and update job descriptions in German;
-Organize candidate testing and analyze results;
-Prepare employment contracts and coordinate the signing process;
-Cooperate with universities and educational institutions;
-Coordinate with the marketing team regarding job postings and designs;
-Prepare HR reports and assist with recruitment analytics;
-Participate in HR projects and internal initiatives.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree (preferred in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field);
-German language proficiency - C1 level;
-English language proficiency - minimum B1 level;
-Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace;
-Strong communication and organizational skills;
-Ability to work in a team environment;
-Attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
