CNS Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to oversee daily operational activities, fleet coordination, service delivery, and compliance processes. The role ensures efficient scheduling, asset utilization, cost control, and high service standards while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

→Coordinate and supervise daily operations and service delivery.
→Manage vehicle scheduling, tracking, and maintenance follow-ups.
→Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
→Monitor operational efficiency and minimize service disruptions.
→Support invoicing, billing processes, and cost tracking.
→Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
→Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
→Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
→Assist with preparation of client contracts, tenders, and service agreements.
→Monitor vehicle utilization and reduce downtime.
→Handle client service issues and ensure SLA compliance.
→Supervise and coordinate drivers and operational staff.
→Communicate effectively with management and internal teams.
→Support continuous operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Transport Management, Project Management, or related field.
Additional training in operations, fleet management, or supervision is an added advantage.
2–4 years relevant experience in operations (transport, logistics, car hire, or service-based organizations preferred).
Experience in supervisory or support role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of fleet/asset management and operations coordination.
Understanding of invoicing, billing, and cost control processes.
Ability to prepare operational and performance reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
High integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
