Quality Control Inspector

CNS Group is seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Inspector with 3.1 & 3.2 certification to ensure compliance with quality standards in Engineering & Construction projects. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation review, and ensuring all materials and workmanship meet required specifications and international standards. The candidate must be ready to start immediately.

• Conduct quality inspections on materials, fabrication, and site works.
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Review and validate 3.1 - 3.2 material certificates and related documentation.
• Perform visual inspections and coordinate NDT testing where required.
• Ensure welding, structural, and mechanical works meet project quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality control reports and inspection records.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality management systems.
• Support audits and quality assurance processes.

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3.1 & 3.2 Quality Certification (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality control within Engineering & Construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation.
• Experience in welding inspection and structural/mechanical works.
• Familiarity with NDT methods and reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Must be available to start immediately.
