About the Role : 

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Creative Designer to deliver engaging, high-quality visual designs aligned with user needs, brand standards, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Create engaging visual content for Project campaigns, social media, presentations, landing pages, and digital marketing materials.
  
• Design campaign assets including banners, info graphics, email graphics, promotional materials, and other digital creatives.
• Develop clear and engaging visuals for technical, security, readiness, and enterprise-focused content.
• Maintain consistent branding, typography, colors, layouts, and visual standards across all Project materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Project teams to translate technical concepts and briefs into compelling visual designs.
• Adapt and resize creative assets for different platforms, channels, and campaign formats.
• Support video, motion graphics, animation, and short-form content when required.
• Research design trends and develop fresh, creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, brand assets, and reusable creative resources.
• Incorporate feedback and continuously improve designs while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements : 

• Minimum 2-3 years of strong hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma.
  
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Experience creating digital, social media, campaign, presentation, infographic, and marketing visuals.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Ability to translate briefs and technical concepts into clear, engaging, and visually compelling designs.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic or digital design work.
• Basic knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing using tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, digital marketing, brand guidelines, design systems, illustrations, and custom graphics is a plus.
• Interest or experience in technology, cybersecurity, enterprise solutions, or Google/Chrome products will be an added advantage.
