About the Role :
We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you won't just be pushing paper you will be the first point of contact for our future innovators. You will learn the ins and outs of tech recruitment and candidate experience in a fast-paced IT environment.
Responsibilities:
- Actively hunt for top IT talent using LinkedIn & suitable External Advertising platforms.
- Review CVs and conduct initial phone/video screens to evaluate required tech & non-tech skills & cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and technical hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone.
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data and interview feedback are accurately logged.
- Assist in organizing university career fairs, tech meetups, and contents for our recruitment social media channels.
- Help prepare offer letters and coordinate with the HR operations team to ensure a smooth day-one experience for new hires.
Requirements :
- Freshers with a passion for HR are welcome. 0-1 years of corporate internship experience in IT industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Tech-Savviness: Highly comfortable with Google Workspace, LinkedIn & quick to learn new software (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- A basic understanding of software development roles.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid to pick up the phone. A natural networker who thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
