The Influencer Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of Coegi’s paid influencer programs across the client portfolio. This person handles creator sourcing, outreach, contracting logistics, content tracking, and reporting, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from creator identification through delivery and measurement.

This role is ideal for someone with foundational influencer marketing experience who is organized, relationship-oriented, and ready to own the operational backbone of influencer campaigns. The Coordinator works closely with the Influencer Manager, Paid Social, Project Management, and Client Engagement to keep creator programs on track, on brand, and on time.

Responsibilities

Occasional travel may be required, including travel for client meetings and company events.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, with a concentration in marketing, communication, business, or advertising preferred; or equivalent experience.
