Provider Outreach Specialist- Voice

We are seeking a versatile and skilled call representative to join our dynamic Payment Integrity team. This critical role involves conducting outbound and accepting inbound calls with hospitals, clinics, physician offices, and supply companies. This position requires a good understanding of the US Healthcare system and HIPAA / PHI. This opportunity requires a self-motivated individual who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and continuous learning in a high-growth environment. 

• →Conduct outbound and accept inbound calls with hospitals, clinics, physician offices and supply companies
• →Provide detailed and accurate documentation
• →Collaborate with additional teams to ensure clear communication and support in obtaining medical records for the payment integrity process

• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high performance
• Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Commitment to teamwork, collaboration with internal teams, and continuous learning
• Ability to accurately document call details
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to follow protocol and call scripts
• Flexibility to change as company and client needs dictate
• Ability to work late shift to accommodate USA time zones
