  • KOL Sourcing & Recruitment
  • Identify and source relevant Web2 and Web3 KOLs across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a KOL database and pipeline
  • Assist in evaluating creators based on engagement, audience quality, and content fit

  • Campaign Execution & Support
  • Support planning and execution of KOL campaigns from briefing to publishing
  • Coordinate content submissions, reviews, revisions, and publishing timelines
  • Ensure KOLs follow campaign requirements, including referral links and CTAs
  • Track deliverables and follow up to ensure timely completion

  • Agency & External CoordinationAssist in managing relationships with KOL agencies
  • Collect proposals, quotes, and creator shortlists
  • Support coordination for larger campaigns, offline activations, or special events

  • Documentation & Operations
  • Assist with contract coordination and briefing document distribution
  • Maintain trackers for KOL status, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collect post-campaign metrics (views, engagement, signups) and support reporting

  • Performance Tracking & Learning
  • Help track campaign performance and basic KPIs
  • Support post-campaign reviews to identify insights and optimization opportunities
  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, marketing operations, or related roles
  • Strong interest in creator economy, social media, and digital marketing
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills; comfortable following up with creators and agencies
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or agencies
  • Familiarity with influencer tools (e.g. Upfluence, Modash, manual analysis)
  • Interest in payments, fintech, or digital wallets
