Responsibilities

  • →Bachelor’s degree in BBA – Accounting, Finance or any related career. CPA and/or MBA.
  • →+7 years of finance experience in manufacturing, supply chain or operations environments, with exposure to financial planning, cost control, accounting, internal controls and people leadership.
  • →Experience executing annual business planning, rolling estimates, forecasting and performance tracking, including analysis of actual results versus budget and translation of financial data into clear operational insights.
  • →Ability to lead and develop a small local team, collaborate with cross-functional peers, manage priorities under pressure and ensure reliable execution of planning, reporting, closing and control routines.
  • →Strong understanding of KO financial processes, internal control expectations and plant economics, with the ability to connect operational performance with financial results and escalate relevant risks or opportunities.
  • →Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills required.  Ability to operate in multi-cultural environment.
