Junior Accountant

To assist the Chief Accountant in all aspects of accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal regulations. 

• →Process payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements.
• →Enter, update, and/or retrieve accounting data from automated systems.
• →Prepare bank reconciliations and conduct analysis of general ledger accounts manually and in the Oracle system.
• →Determine content and assemble data to prepare monthly reports for review.
• →Pre-audit, verify, and process employee expense claims reviewing rule for employee compliance.
• →Establish and revise work methods, forms, formats, and standards to improve operating efficiency.
• →Assure that the work meets quality and production standards by reviewing the work for accuracy and proper completion and monitoring output.
• →File and/or remove records and reports.
• →Assistance for preparation and in charge of submission of Reporting to authorities (FDI, VAT taxes, CIT taxes,…).
• →Perform other related duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting
• Motivated, pro-active and able to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Demonstrates good organization and good capacity of learning
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Communicates fluently in English.
