Recruiting Specialist, G&A

Command|Link is hiring a Recruiter to own full lifecycle hiring for our G&A functions, including Finance, Accounting, Operations, Legal, HR, and Administration. You will run searches end to end, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer, and close. You will manage 10 to 20 open requisitions at any given time and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on what great talent looks like, where to find it, and how to land it.

• →3 to 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a meaningful portion focused on G&A roles (Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, Operations, or similar), in a corporate or agency environment.
• →Proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates across individual contributor and manager-level roles.
• →Strong assessment skills and the confidence to make and defend hiring recommendations.
• →Experience advising hiring managers, managing expectations, and influencing decisions with data and market knowledge.
• →Solid understanding of offer negotiation and compensation conversations.
• →Strong working knowledge of at least one modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• →Clear, professional written and verbal communication and a candidate-first mindset.
• →Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to accelerate sourcing, drafting candidate communications, summarizing interview feedback, or streamlining recruiting workflows.
• →Comfort working independently, prioritizing across competing searches, and adapting quickly when priorities shift.

• Experience supporting hiring at a growth-stage or high-growth company.
• Familiarity with recruiting analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools.
• Experience building lightweight AI-assisted workflows or automations (e.g., prompt libraries, AI-powered sourcing tools, ATS integrations) to improve recruiter productivity.
