We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Urgent Care team. This role is ideal for an APP who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, enjoys treating a broad range of acute illnesses and injuries, and is passionate about providing timely, high-quality care that improves access for patients in our communities.

Our Urgent Care providers play a critical role in delivering convenient, same-day care while helping patients avoid unnecessary emergency department visits. You'll have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license, collaborate with a supportive clinical team, and make meaningful impacts on patient outcomes every day.

• Deliver convenient, same-day care to patients of all ages

• Utilize evidence-based medicine and modern diagnostic tools
• Focus on quality patient experiences and clinical outcomes
• Help reduce unnecessary emergency room utilization

• →Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
• →Perform comprehensive urgent care assessments for patients across the lifespan
• →Manage common conditions including respiratory illnesses, infections, gastrointestinal concerns, musculoskeletal injuries, skin conditions, and minor trauma
• →Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results
• →Perform office-based procedures including suturing, wound care, I&Ds, splinting, foreign body removal, and point-of-care testing
• →Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice
• →Determine when specialty referral or emergency department escalation is appropriate
• →Educate patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
• →Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and care team members
• →Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current unrestricted APRN, FNP, or PA license
• National board certification
• Current BLS certification
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)

• Prior Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience
• Experience managing a broad spectrum of acute conditions
• Experience performing minor procedures and office-based interventions
• ACLS certification
• Strong clinical decision-making and triage skills
