Responsibilities

→Assists with the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse.
→Ensures orders arrive and are shipped on time to appropriate destinations and in expected quantities.
→Assists Warehouse Manager in staffing, development, and performance management of warehouse workers.
→Communicates and ensures all requirements pertaining to warehousing, material handling, safety, and shipping are followed by staff.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in a warehouse environment, including experience with order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and pick/pack
Knowledge and understanding of FIFO, OSHA requirements, safety awareness, and hazardous material shipping
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Proficient with SAP shipping, receiving, inventory, and reports
Proficient with B2B functions, near-miss and SDS, UPS, FedEx, and dedicated logistics systems
Experience with Microsoft Outlook

Forklift certification
Supervisory experience
