Learn more at www.confiemx.com The Data Scientist is responsible for developing analytical solutions and data models that support business decision-making. Work with structured and unstructured data sets to generate actionable insights, build predictive models, and support advanced analytics initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and execute projects under technical and strategic guidelines defined by senior profiles. Job Responsibilities: 1. Analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities. 2. Develop and validate statistical and machine learning models of low to medium complexity. 3. Prepare, cleanse, and transform data from a variety of internal and external sources. 4. Build exploratory analyses (EDA) and features for analytical models. 5. Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards that communicate results clearly. 6. Support the implementation and monitoring of models in production environments. 7. Collaborate with Technology, Product, Operations or Business teams to understand analytical requirements. 8. Document methodologies, models, and assumptions used in the analysis. 9. Follow best practices in data science, data governance and quality, defined by the team. 10. Stay up to date on tools, techniques, and languages relevant to data science. Requirements Experience: 2 + years in data science or related Specialized knowledge: Descriptive and inferential statistics / Supervised and unsupervised machine learning (regression, classification, clustering). / Basic knowledge of data pipelines and production environments. / Technical and business communication skills.
