We are looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive Staff Accountant to join a dynamic and growing team in the finance and real estate industry. Responsibilities

→ Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes.
→ Handle cash management activities, including bank and wire transfers.
→ Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations.
→ Support financial analysis and special projects.
→ Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
→ Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support as needed.
→ Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a growing business environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, and formatting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
