Provides support to the Sales team, with a high attention to detail • May assist in training and/or leading new team colleagues • Creates and drafts quotes for both CMS & CW products, some Distributor Partners & One-Time Revenue (Overages)• Manages and dispatches different boards which include the Quote Desk, Downgrades & Cancellation and Renewals Board as instructed by the VP of Renewals• Processes Renewal quotes (with changes) that fall outside of the Renewal Manager’s scope including some •distributor quotes• Processes downgrades which include CMS SIEM downgrades, some midterm downgrades and post Renewal downgrades with approval from Partner Care• Creates and drafts quotes on special projects provided by other stakeholders which include but are not limited to SKU Swaps, Cleanups, Contract Alignment & Updates and Cancellations from Account Management, Finance, Business Operations etc.• Enables various groups within the Sales organization through processes education, providing & sharing •quoting insights • Trains other members of the Sales Teams on the general knowledge of quoting • Provides monthly and/or weekly forecasts to various Sales groups as part of enablement• Coordinates approvals from Senior Leadership and other Executives as needed
