Single Family Billing Manager

Our Billing Managers collect and thoroughly review all necessary information to bill residents accurately, and in a timely manner. This requires making sure that the necessary bills are available and easily accessible. You will be expected to be coachable and adapt as tasks are assigned and as obstacles arise. • →Making sure the necessary bills are available 
• →Reviewing resident discrepancies in Conservice’s computer system
• →Analyzing processed bills and actual bills to ensure accuracy
• →Communicating through email and phone to resolve issues for clients,  property managers, and residents
• →Identify inefficient processes and innovate as needed
• →Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
• →Low Phone Usage between 10-30% their day on outbound calls to providers and inbound calls from clients, residents, and utility providers

• Composure during stressful situations

• High School Diploma
• Comfortable navigating Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
