We're building something ambitious at Constellation, and we know that exceptional talent doesn't always fit neatly into predefined job descriptions. If you're passionate about the intersection of AI and human understanding, and you have skills that could help us push the boundaries of what's possible, we want to hear from you.

Our posted roles only scratch the surface of what we're building. The right intern with the right skills at the right time can have an outsized impact on our mission — and internships here are real work on real problems, not busywork on the sidelines.

Especially those with coursework or research experience in foundation models, multi-modal models, or AI safety and alignment. If you're curious about pushing the frontiers of what AI can understand about humans, we'd love to talk.

We're generating the richest multimodal dataset ever collected. If you thrive on finding patterns in complex data and translating insights into action, there's meaningful work here for you.

Our data collection involves custom hardware and sensor integration. If you have hands-on experience with embedded systems, sensors, or human-computer interfaces you could help us capture the signals that matter most.

• Strong fundamentals in your field, demonstrated through coursework, research, personal projects, or prior internships.

• Genuine curiosity about the human condition and how technology can enhance our understanding of ourselves.

• The ability to thrive in ambiguity, ask great questions, and take ownership of problems end-to-end.

• A collaborative spirit. We're a small team where everyone's voice matters — including interns.

• Passion for positively impacting human well-being, not just capitalizing on it.

• Availability for a 3–6 month full-time, on-site internship in San Francisco.

• Meaningful, scoped projects with a clear owner: you. You'll ship work that matters, not shadow from the sidelines.

• A dedicated mentor and regular feedback throughout your internship.

• Exposure to the full lifecycle of building at an early-stage AI company.
