We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Analyst to join our Power & Utilities team in RJ. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively at different levels within an organization. The ideal candidate is someone who combines structured thinking with creativity, has experience in consulting or corporate environments, and is eager to contribute with data-driven insights, process improvement, and strategic discussions.

  Support process structuring and strategic decision-making for clients, developing frameworks and recommendations.

  Analyze data, processes, and risks to generate meaningful insights and identify opportunities for improvement.

  Participate in client discussions, contributing to problem identification and solution development.

  Develop presentations, reports, and storytelling materials, ensuring clarity and impact in the communication of insights.

  Work closely with teams to track project progress, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.

  Utilize tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to manipulate and visualize data, supporting decision-making.
