This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact transformation programmes with leading organisations across China, focused on improving operational performance and delivering measurable, sustainable results.

You will take on real responsibility early, contributing to client delivery while building your expertise in operational excellence, safety, and performance improvement across complex environments.

Organisations are under increasing pressure to improve performance while managing cost, complexity, and stakeholder expectations.

You will contribute to high-impact client engagements, working alongside experienced teams and directly with clients to solve complex operational challenges.

  Supporting the delivery of operational excellence and transformation programmes

  Leading defined workstreams and contributing to successful project execution

  Analysing operational processes, performance data, and improvement opportunities

  Conducting site-based assessments, interviews, and workshops

• →

  Developing client deliverables, including presentations and recommendations

  Supporting the implementation of practical, sustainable improvements

Experience

• Experience in management consulting or a relevant industry environment

• Exposure to operational excellence, performance improvement, or transformation initiatives

• Experience working in project teams or contributing to defined workstreams

Capabilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capability

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Fluency in English and Mandarin

Mobility

• Willingness to travel across China and internationally as required
