This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of data, digital solutions, and consulting, supporting the delivery and adoption of global technology-enabled transformation initiatives.

You will play a key role in implementing digital products, analysing data, and translating insights into impactful solutions for clients across safety, risk management, and operational excellence.

You will support client engagements by delivering data-driven insights and enabling the successful implementation of digital products and solutions.

Working closely with global teams and clients, you will help translate complex data into actionable insights, improve processes through automation, and contribute to high-quality delivery across transformation programmes.

• Support the implementation and delivery of digital products and solutions, ensuring successful client adoption

• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across operations

• Contribute to automation and process standardisation initiatives, leveraging digital tools and AI capabilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support project delivery and client outcomes

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and client presentations to communicate insights effectively

• Interact with clients to support implementation, configuration, and best practices

• Support training and enablement for internal teams and client stakeholders

• Ensure quality assurance of solutions and deliverables prior to deployment

• Work with Agile tools and teams, contributing to iterative delivery and continuous improvement

• Stay updated with evolving technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives

You bring strong analytical thinking, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively in diverse, international environments. You are comfortable working with data, technology, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and outcomes.

• 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in consulting environments

• Experience working with data analytics, digital products, or technology-driven solutions

• Exposure to projects related to operational excellence, risk management, or similar domains is beneficial

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and business audiences

• Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a continuous learning approach

• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments and fast-paced project settings

• Experience with databases such as Databricks, MongoDB, and SQL

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)

• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools

• Familiarity with ETL processes and basic machine learning concepts

• Experience with JIRA or similar tools

• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, analysis, and communication

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Fluency in English required

• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Gurgaon, India

• Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones
