Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Safety, Organisational Development or related field; Formal certification in coaching would be ideal, but not a necessity.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality outcomes through deep expertise in safety, operational risk, and behavioural coaching within complex operational environments.
You will play a critical role in supporting large-scale transformation programmes, working directly within client operations to build leadership capability and embed sustainable safety and risk practices.
Coach operational leaders, supervisors, and frontline teams to strengthen ownership and accountability for safety and risk
Mentor and develop client coaches and internal consultants, building their capability to lead behavioural and cultural change
Observe operational activities across production, maintenance, logistics, and related environments to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Facilitate on-site coaching sessions, workshops, and leadership interventions to strengthen engagement and performance
Support leaders to embed critical risk thinking into daily routines, decision-making, and operational discipline
Reinforce positive behaviours through structured coaching, feedback, and ongoing engagement
Adapt coaching approaches to engage effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and operational contexts
Work as part of multidisciplinary dss+ teams to deliver measurable improvements in safety and operational performance
You bring strong analytical thinking, a curious mindset, and the ability to work effectively in diverse, international environments. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders, solving complex problems, and contributing to meaningful outcomes.
You are an experienced operational coach with a strong background in behavioural safety and operational risk management. You are confident working in live operational settings and have a proven ability to develop leaders and teams to deliver lasting change.
Significant experience in behavioural safety, operational risk management, or operational excellence
Proven track record of coaching leaders and teams to deliver sustainable behavioural and cultural change
Experience working within high-risk, asset-intensive environments (e.g. production, logistics, industrial operations)
Experience supporting large-scale transformation or safety improvement programmes
Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
Ability to influence behaviours and build leadership capability at all organisational levels
Strong observational and analytical skills within operational environments
Ability to adapt approach across diverse cultural and organisational contexts
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Fluency in both Swedish and English is required
Willingness to work on client sites and travel internationally as required
Ability to operate in field-based, operational environments
