• You recently completed or are about to complete your degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s, latest by 2025). from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field.
• Strong academic track record, with demonstrated excellence in analytical and strategic thinking.
• Previous professional experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, finance, or in startups)
• Strong Excel skills and basic programming knowledge are big pluses.
• Fluency in English is a must, German is very nice to have
