• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• 1-3 years of experience as an educator, instructional designer, or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning tools.
• A degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in customer engagement or marketing platforms is a plus.

• Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to different learning styles.
• Proficient in using collaboration tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and interactive platforms.
