- Master EH&S Programs, conducting necessary employee training.
- Strategically allocate headcount across multiple production lines based on demand.
- Develop a Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) program and manage the associated budget.
- Supervise outbound product practices, ensuring quality inspections and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement of manufacturing and production supplies.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all manufacturing processes and production equipment.
- Plan and execute full physical inventory activities, optimizing processes and managing variances.
- Coordinate trucking logistics through commercial carriers, company trucks, or customer plant pickup.
- Assist in the hiring process, screening applications, and conducting candidate interviews.
- Manage workforce productivity, ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Potentially lead and supervise plant production leads or plant employees.
Requirements

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate within a team environment.
- Experience in manufacturing production and equipment.
