IT Service Desk Technician - on site: Rancho Mission Viejo

This is a full time ON-SITE role located in Rancho Mission Viejo, CA.

Continuing Life supports 6 Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) across California. Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

• 1-3 years’ experience operating in an IT service desk or desktop support capacity.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly with minimal guidance.
• Ability to work with all levels of Community personnel and to convey a professional, courteous, and helpful representative of the IT Department.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Periodic travel as required.
