Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Deliver high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining a professional, polite, and client-focused demeanor.
- →Provide efficient waiting service during meal times.
- →Serve food and beverages in meeting rooms and the restaurant, ensuring areas are cleaned and replenished as needed.
- →Adhere to daily plans and rotas.
- →Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all catering areas, completing relevant cleaning schedules.
- →Assist with dishwashing and ensure catering equipment is clean and well-maintained, in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines.
- →Comply with company training programs and related documents.
- →Support any reasonable requests relevant to the department's operations.
- →Monitor and maintain stock levels under the supervision of the F&B Team Leader, Supervisor, or a senior manager.
- →Ensure timely delivery of all food and beverages.
- →Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout working hours.
- Perform duties in line with all Health and Safety regulations and company best practices.
- Adhere to company and statutory regulations regarding grooming and personal hygiene.
- Wear the correct uniform or standard of dress at all times.
- Attend staff briefings and company events, including the company away day.
- Be available for weekend work as required.
- Undertake any reasonable ad hoc duties requested by the venue team.
