Responsibilities

→Work side-by-side with a Journeyman Technician to install and service cutting-edge security systems.
→Learn the ropes of wiring, equipment installation, and system commissioning in a supportive, hands-on environment.
→Perform site surveys and respond to service calls with professionalism and efficiency.
→Ensure every system runs smoothly through thorough testing and quality checks.
→Provide excellent customer service and represent Cook Solutions Group with pride.
→Maintain tools, job inventory, and complete documentation accurately and on time.
→Occasionally travel (up to one week at a time) for exciting projects across the region.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
A professional attitude, appearance, and eagerness to learn
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet

Previous installation experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person with the right attitude.
