Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide Tier I support for software and hardware issues.
- →Diagnose and resolve problems using documented procedures and checklists.
- →Enter call data into a tracking system accurately and promptly.
- →Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support professionals.
- →Assist in the resolution of application, hardware, and software problems.
- →Work under the general direction of more senior customer service representatives, supervisors, or managers.
Requirements
~1 min read- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 0 to 1 year of IT work experience in computer systems or support.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of basic hardware and software products.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to function independently under general supervision.
