Responsibilities

→Design and develop IT systems, ensuring alignment with project goals.
→Create detailed design and functional specifications for new systems.
→Produce deliverables for assigned projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
→Provide post-implementation support and execute system enhancements as needed.
→Select and utilize appropriate C.A.S.E. tools for system and software development.
→Gather, compile, and synthesize information regarding technology processes or systems.
→Contribute to the implementation and support of resource planning, sales automation, marketing, financial, and distribution systems.
→Participate as a project team member or project lead on small to large, complex projects.
→Mentor and coach junior technical staff.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of systems analysis/programming experience.
Experience in minicomputer or client/server environments.
Knowledge of multiple technical environments and specific business areas.
Proficiency in developing systems solutions through analysis and research.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on complex projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Position located throughout State of Florida.
