Responsibilities

→Provide support and maintenance for network systems, including LAN/WAN and wireless operations.
→Monitor network performance to ensure stability and dependability across multiple platforms.
→Configure and troubleshoot computer networks to resolve issues efficiently.
→Collaborate with network facility and hardware/software vendors to resolve problems promptly.
→Utilize network management applications to identify faults and ensure data and telecommunications access.
→Work as part of a project team on small to medium complexity projects, under general direction.

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
0 to 1 year of IT work experience in infrastructure or network environments.
Basic understanding of network systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to follow documented procedures and checklists.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
