Responsibilities

→Collaborate with service providers to ensure technical solutions are aligned with business strategy and architecture.
→Work closely with performance managers and quality assurance staff to review and analyze service provider problems.
→Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve problems with service providers.
→Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to evaluate service requests and provider proposals.
→Advise on leveraging solutions across the enterprise and identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.
→Provide input into the technical architecture for outsourcing projects.
→Coach and mentor junior technical staff.
→Act as a subject matter expert or technical leader/consultant on projects.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 7 years of IT experience within one or more specialty areas.
Deep understanding of information systems, networking theory, and architecture standards.
Expert/lead technical role proficiency, working on complex tasks and projects with high degrees of risk and impact.
Ability to work in a consultative manner without providing administrative or management support.
