Encord is growing rapidly, and we're hiring a GTM Talent Partner to help scale our commercial, sales, and go-to-market teams.

 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to sharpen their craft across sourcing, screening, and hiring execution. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to move quickly, maintain a high bar, and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience.

A recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment — you're highly organised, responsive, and bring a strong sense of urgency to every search without sacrificing quality

You build genuine relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike, communicating clearly and professionally at every stage

Comfortable with outbound sourcing — you don't wait for inbound; you go and find the right people

You assess candidates quickly and thoughtfully, giving hiring managers clear, actionable signal after every screen

Ambitious and eager to grow — you want to take on more responsibility over time and develop your recruiting craft in a high-growth setting

2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM, sales, or commercial roles at a B2B SaaS or technology company

Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, repeatable hiring at pace — building efficient pipelines, maintaining quality, and closing candidates quickly without cutting corners

Strong outbound sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels, with a track record of building pipelines beyond inbound alone

Experience conducting structured screens to assess motivation, competency, and role fit, with the ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback to hiring managers

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches, track pipeline health accurately, and flag risks proactively

Familiarity with ATS platforms for pipeline management; experience with Lever is a plus

Bonus: prior recruiting experience in SaaS, AI, or a high-growth startup; exposure to recruiting analytics and data-driven hiring practices; interest in employer branding or process improvement
