Senior Technical Program Manager, SaaS Release & Delivery Excellence

Job Summary: Act as the single point of ownership for the entire software release lifecycle across our SaaS platform. You are the definitive Delivery Owner, responsible for converting technical feature complete builds into high-quality, high-value customer deployments.
8-9 years of proven experience in Technical Program Management or Release Management within a SaaS or cloud platform setup. Expert-level knowledge of the SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Own the Release Schedule: Establish and manage the end-to-end release calendar, ensuring predictable delivery across all environments (QA, Sandbox, Production, and dedicated customer environments).
- Risk-Based Go/No-Go: Lead the change management process and Go/No-Go decisions. This includes applying sound customer judgment to assess risk and continually improve upon customer trust.
- Technical Governance: Define and enforce technical governance standards for advancing builds (e.g. zero P1 or P2 bugs), ensuring all compliance and deployment documentation is complete and verifiable.
- GTM Readiness: Drive GTM readiness efforts by coordinating and aligning across all functional stakeholders (Product, Development, QA, Technical Sales & Support) to ensure a successful launch.
- Customer Synchronization: Partner directly with CSEs and TAMs to ensure optimal launch windows, smooth release execution and minimal disruption to our customer base.
- Dependency Management: Proactively identify, track, and manage complex dependencies across tech, operations, and business teams to prevent blockers and drive predictable program delivery.
- Champion a culture of strong agile execution and continuous delivery across engineering teams.
- Guide and support efforts toward highly automated CI/CD and release management to improve pipeline efficiency, speed, and quality.
- Facilitate post-release retrospectives, driving efforts to capture lessons learned and continuously improve delivery playbooks to achieve maximum operational excellence.
- 8-9 years of proven experience in Technical Program Management or Release Management within a SaaS or cloud platform setup.
- Expert-level knowledge of the SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional technical teams and communicate program status effectively to executive leadership.
