We’re looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to report to and partner with the Manager, Legal Operations, in strengthening and scaling the Legal Operations function within LGA.

This role requires both systems thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-growing, cross-functional environment and offers the opportunity to help shape the next stage of Legal Operations . By translating strategy into durable operational infrastructure, you will help strengthen how LGA partners with and delivers impact across the business while enabling faster, more consistent execution.

  • Identify and scope structured AI use cases within standardized Legal workflows
  • Translate Legal and business requirements into clear specifications for technical implementation (in partnership with CoreWeave’s office of CIO and IT teams)
  • Support the development of reporting frameworks and metrics to improve operational visibility
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, RevOps, Finance, Procurement, and IT to support integration and scale initiatives
  • Develop and maintain governance documentation, playbooks, and system standards
  • Maintain the operational integrity of Legal systems (CLM, e-billing/spend, workflow tools), including workflow discipline, data hygiene, and intake routing standards
  • Manage and execute day-to-day core Legal Ops workflows (intake, lifecycle hygiene, matter/billing setup support), ensuring consistent adoption across LGA verticals
  • Support rollout and reinforcement of new workflows and AI-enabled processes through practical enablement, documentation, and continuous improvement
  • 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations, legal systems, or business operations within a high-growth environment
  • Experience supporting system implementations, workflow design, or operational governance initiatives
  • Strong understanding of CLM platforms, legal billing/spend tools, workflow systems, and reporting environments
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally on integration or process harmonization initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational data into structured improvements
  • Strong documentation skills; able to institutionalize processes beyond individual execution
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving environments
  • You enjoy designing systems that bring order to complexity
  • You think architecturally about workflows and governance
  • You’re energized by translating strategy into scalable operating models
  • You’re comfortable partnering with technical teams to implement well-defined solutions
  • You care about building durable infrastructure rather than quick fixes
