About the Role
~1 min read- Own competitive tiering and focus—define priority coverage and maintain a watchlist so teams stay aligned on what to track and what actions to take.
- Produce quarterly competitive POVs for Product and GTM (what changed, why it matters, what we do).
- Build Tier-1 battlecards and objection handling for priority competitors and active deal friction.
- Maintain a regular competitive update cadence for stakeholders (short, decision-oriented, actionable).
- Provide inputs to messaging, launches, and campaigns, including claim risk checks and differentiation guidance.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure competitive assets are adopted, measurable, and refreshed based on field feedback.
- 7+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, product strategy, GTM strategy, or a technical role (e.g. engineering, solutions architecture) within cloud/infra/AI.
- Strong technical and economic fluency: training vs inference dynamics, platform tradeoffs, reliability/performance claims, and cloud economics.
- Demonstrated ability to produce crisp POVs that influence senior decision-making.
- Experience creating enablement assets that drive adoption (battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling).
- Builder mindset and high ownership; thrives in ambiguity and fast iteration.
- Able to use modern AI-assisted tools and workflows to increase speed and consistency in research, synthesis, and asset development.

The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
