We support HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT by delivering reliable, scalable systems and integrations that enable efficient, compliant, and data-driven business processes across the organization.
About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our HR Systems team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our critical HR systems landscape including but not limited to Workday, Greenhouse, Lattice, CultureAmp. You will leverage your technical expertise and understanding of HR processes to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our HR technology solutions, supporting our global workforce. You will be a trusted partner, collaborating with HR, finance, payroll stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- →Design, implement, and configure HR systems and applications, including Workday HCM (Human Capital Management), Payroll and other related platforms.
- →Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration specifications.
- →Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- →Manage Workday security roles, user permissions, and compliance configurations.
- →Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs.
- →Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations.
- →Perform Workday system upgrades, testing, and release management.
- →Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- →Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues, working with internal teams and Workday support.
- →Support with training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
- →Stay updated on Workday enhancements, trends, and best practices to optimize system performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday, Greenhouse and other HR systems experience, with deep expertise in one or more modules (HCM, Absence, Benefits, Payroll,Time Tracking etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Workday security, reporting, integrations, and business process configuration.
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Calculated Fields,Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) and BIRT reporting is a plus.
- Participated in Workday implementations, enhancements, and optimizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in SOX compliance, HRIS governance, and system security is a plus.
- Experience with automation tools.

The base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
