Responsibilities

~2 min read

We are hiring an Employee Lifecycle Partner, EMEA to drive employment lifecycle execution across the region, with deep operational ownership in Poland. This role sits inside a People Operations function that runs like a product team - oriented around systems, feedback loops, and continuous improvement. We are building modern people operations for a company at the frontier of AI infrastructure, and this role is a core part of that.

This is an operator and builder role for someone who thinks in systems, cares deeply about data integrity, sees ambiguity as an opportunity to design something better, and is already using modern tools - including AI - as a natural part of how they work. You will report to the Senior Manager, Employee Lifecycle Operations EMEA, and work closely with People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and Total Rewards across the region.

  • End-to-end lifecycle operations across EMEA: onboarding, offboarding, job changes, transfers, contract amendments, probation completions, and statutory leave administration across all countries in scope.
  • Workday data integrity for the EMEA population - keeping records accurate and current, understanding how upstream quality shapes the experience downstream for employees, managers, and Payroll alike.
  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiry handling across the region - responding directly, escalating thoughtfully to PBPs or Legal, and making sure every question gets a genuinely useful resolution.
  • Own the operational partnership with Payroll on lifecycle transactions that affect pay - clear handoffs, reliable deadlines, and a collaborative approach to working through anything that doesn’t add up.
  • Identify where workflows create friction, where manual work has accumulated, and where smarter design or automation would create leverage - then build the improvement and ship it.
  • Contribute to operational readiness as CoreWeave enters new EMEA markets, helping stand up the infrastructure that makes it possible to hire and onboard in new countries.
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you touch - this function is actively being built, and the people in it shape what it becomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, with meaningful time in EMEA employment lifecycle work.
  • Multi-country EMEA experience - you have administered lifecycle operations across more than one European country and have real judgment about where you can standardize and where local context requires a different approach.
  • Polish employment law fluency - you understand employment contracts, statutory leave entitlements, and compliance requirements in Poland in practice, and have a strong sense of when a question belongs in your hands versus Legal's.
  • Workday HCM experience - you have worked in Workday, executed lifecycle transactions, and hold yourself to a high standard on data integrity. Process design or configuration experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated process improvement instincts - you have looked at an inefficient workflow and done something about it: redesigned the process, automated a step, or built a template that made things faster and more consistent.
  • Strong English and Polish - both are required for this role.
  • High proficiency with Google Suite products and Slack

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lifecycle operations experience across additional EMEA markets beyond Poland - UK, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Netherlands, or others.
  • Workday business process configuration or process design experience.
  • Experience contributing to new country or entity launches from the People Operations side.
  • Background in a hypergrowth or AI-native company where the operating model was being built alongside the business.
  • Active use of AI tools in day-to-day People Operations work.

The base salary range for this role is zł247,000– zł330,000 gross annually. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

To fulfill our obligation to protect client data, successful applicants offered employment with CoreWeave will be required to complete a basic criminal record check, conducted in compliance with GDPR. Employment offers are conditional upon receiving satisfactory check results
