Are you a compassionate leader who believes every person deserves a meaningful, fulfilling day? Cornerstone Support Services is looking for a Program Experience Manager to lead our Day Support Program and help participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities thrive.

About the Role

Reporting to the Day Services Administrator, you'll serve as the operational heart of our Day Support Program — leading staff, championing person-centered services, building community connections, and ensuring every participant experiences a day built around their goals and interests.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily program operations and coordinate schedules, activities, and staffing
• Supervise, coach, and develop a passionate direct support team
• Ensure each participant's services align with their Individual Support Plan (ISP)
• Build community partnerships that expand inclusion and life opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Medicaid Waiver regulations and documentation standards
• Promote a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for participants and staff

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience: 2+ years supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Preferred: Prior supervisory experience; familiarity with person-centered planning and Medicaid Waiver services
