Fulfillment Analyst

What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Fulfillment Analyst within our Stored Value division. This position supports the day-to-day performance of fulfillment operations through data analysis, inventory monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. The Fulfillment Analyst will work closely with Client Services, IT, Production, and warehouse partners to monitor operational performance, maintain data and inventory accuracy, identify trends and exceptions, and support initiatives across the fulfillment network. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. This role requires someone who can identify an issue through data, investigate the root cause, coordinate with the appropriate teams, and help drive the issue through resolution.   How We Work As a Fulfillment Analyst, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Louisville, KY office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training   Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Collecting, validating, reconciling, and analyzing data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity Monitoring inventory movement and balances across multiple warehouse locations and investigating inventory variances and exceptions Performing daily monitoring and analysis of order files to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain operational compliance Processing and validating requests received through the ticketing system Identifying process inefficiencies and working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven improvements Partnering with Production, Client Services, IT, and warehouse teams to troubleshoot issues Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, reducing errors, improving inventory accuracy, and enhancing overall fulfillment performance Taking ownership of assigned operational issues and following them through investigation, resolution, and appropriate follow-up Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience Five years of experience in fulfillment, operations, supply chain, inventory management, business analysis, data analysis, or a related field preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and with external warehouse and fulfillment partners Naturally curious mindset, effective stakeholder communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership in driving issues to resolution Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements) Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes
